Тhe criminal fraud in housing sector in Moscow region, Zheleznodorozhny city, Pionerskaya st.
We address you as investors of construction of multi-apartment house in Moscow region, Zheleznodorozhny city, Pionerskaya st. The construction company of the building is “S.M.A. Modern Industriya”, LLC. We are 432 families, 1000 persons which is about 1% of the population of Zheleznodorozhny who have suffered from the actions of management of Developer’s company.
According to the signed agreements of participation in shared constructions in accordance with Federal Law 214 our house should have been built and apartments distributed among individuals participating in construction on May 30, 2008. However until today our house is not build and construction works are finished. All 432 families have completely paid the price of their apartments however the management of the Constructor’s company using fraud and malicious acts stole the money and withdrew the money via controlled companies and is in the bankrupt process at the moment. Considering all this our initiative group has written hundreds of letter to different authorities starting the city Administration and finishing with the President of RF about organizing investigations of actions of all involved parties and officials. As the result all our mails have been forwarded downwards to the officials whom we consider being involved in the criminal acts and returned in standard bureaucracy replies of different officials proving that none of them are interested in solving the problems of their citizens.
We’ve passed numerous heartless offices of various officials, faced the facts of unwillingness to solve our problems and indifference, we are tired to knock in the walls, receive formal replies from officials and law enforcement authorities proving our rights for completely paid-for apartments. People are at the edge, they are losing their lives and health, are constantly in the stage of depression. But authorities don’t care about this. The less active individuals – the better. No man- no problem. And investors are dying without having received their apartments. We are counting on the support from International community in solving the problems of cheated investors of shared construction and ask to send authorized representative from UN to investigate the problems of investors in Zheleznodorozhny on the spot and help us find positive outcome in this situation. Government of Russia doesn’t want to solve this problem. Only our city with the population of 120 000 people has about 3000 cheated investors of shared construction and half of them are elderly people, women and children.
